Product Vision Videos

The landscape of the working world has changed drastically. As the world embraces a hybrid approach, meeting rooms must evolve to accommodate all attendees no matter where they’re located.

With an emphasis on equity, Microsoft has a vision for how your physical space can adapt to make meetings effective and efficient. We were asked to bring this vision to life through videos accompanying live events and microsites dedicated to explaining the new Microsoft Teams Rooms.

campaign videos

As part of the campaign, we created three videos that focused on different aspects of the meeting experience: remote users, present-day meeting rooms, and a future vision of “enhanced meeting rooms.”

Vision videos

Phase 01

Microsoft envisions a future where traditional meeting rooms will evolve to provide a more immersive experience. Adding UI features will make interaction more accessible, ensuring seamless collaboration regardless of location.

This vision was realized in two phases, initially focusing on creating a 3D room environment and building the user experience.

Phase 02

Since meetings are, by nature, interactions between people, Microsoft determined that introducing a human element would best portray the future meeting experience.

Using the first video as a roadmap, we staged a live-action shoot. We brought the actors into our 3D environments to fully illustrate Microsoft’s vision for how meetings will evolve and adapt to make everyone feel like a part of the meeting.
